The Army Seizes Drug-Manufacturing Equipment and Raw Material in Bouday – Baalbek

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
An Army unit raided a residence and a farm in the Bouday –Baalbek that were being used to store drugs in preparation for trafficking. During the raid, weapons, military ammunition, and a quantity of drugs were seized, in addition to equipment and raw material used in their manufacture.
Other Army units also arrested 20 Syrians in of Al Qaa – Hermel and Chtoura – Zahle for being present on Lebanese territory without legal documentation.
The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the arrestees were initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
